54 hours on the dry fast so far. The 2nd day of my dry fast went fine just like the first day. Still no urges for food or water. I felt a bit cold and experienced flu like symptoms (low levels of nausea and sneezing, runny nose) for an hour or two. Which is expected on a ketosis transition. I had a 115 minutes moderate walking sessi0n and the flu symptoms disapeared after that. I've not being able to sleep sufficiently the last 3 nights and my sleep came early yesterday. But I got invited to a debate on google hangouts and it was 3:30 AM when I could finally hit bed. I'm planning on doing another walk this afternoon and finish my dry fast with a strict ketogenic meal right after that.

I'll follow an intermitten dry fast combined with a ketogenic meal windows from today. It'll probably be 20/4, but I might also tinker with 40/8, until I reach my weight goal. I'll comsume 20-25gr carbs totally from raw or cooked vegetables, seeds and nuts, 50-60 grams of protein from eggs and yoghurt, and a minimal amount of healthy fats like avokado, olive oil, walnuts and raw pumpkin seeds by including them into my salads. I'll try to get most of the micronutrients from the salads and vegetable only smoothies blended with lemons. Then let my body feast on my abundantly stored fats for energy :)
