Hi friends! I haven't been on in a couple of days because life has been CRAZY! I had someone quit unexpectedly at work and that left a hole that had to be covered ASAP. Plus I have been helping hubby out in the garden harvesting cucumbers, squash, berries, apples, calendula, and peppers. We are getting a good harvest and today I am going to start putting it up. I will be canning pickles today and if I get to it, applesauce. So my exercise today will be in the kitchen because by the time I get done I will be tired!

I love canning, too. It definitely counts as exercise! Especially if you put on music and dance while you do it. ;) What a nice harvest you've had!
