9st 8, fat 23.7% (3 off at WW but had to go straight from work so without dinner) Getting lighter but fatter, oops! Just back from a few days away for some good walks and bike rides, but stayed in B&B and definitely made the most of breakfast every day! So I'm pleasantly surprised to have a loss, although I know I'll have to be reasonable this week with fewer days till next official weigh in, to avoid it catching up with me :)
