9st 9.6 Fat 23.6% (1.5lb on at WW after 2wks, highly delighted with that!) I've been SO much better this week, altho still over the daily target, so I did think it might be slightly better loss but never mind, I'll stick with it...well, until I go away again Thurs that is! I'm only going on my own and got some long walks and cycling planned as the family don't seem to want to do too much of that with me! But there will of course be B&B breks and more eating out to counteract any good I do! But it's all more miles to add to my End to end challenge, which I meant to keep quiet but ended up sharing at WW! I'm at 5% now but if I carry on at this pace it won't be enough! That would only be 90% approx, so I need to do occasional longer bursts. That's on a runkeeper challenge I've set up, but I also have a chart of my fitbit distance, which counts everything, not just my GPS walking, and that's looking much healthier in percentage terms so I'm sure I'll meet it easily on that one :)
