I'm back. I have put on a bit of weight (but that is because I have been very bad) and I am trying again. Warm water with lemon as soon as I wake up, and then I have coffee, an atkins skake for brunch (1.6g carbs and 15 grams of protein) and then I have a chicken salad with avocado for dinner. I can stick to that - hopefully it will get me over the line! I'm glad you haven't disappeared like I did. well done for your persistence. It will pay off.
