9st 5.8lb 22.9% Fat (missed WW) I'm really surprised at this result as I've had a rubbish week in the doldrums and I've eaten appallingly! But I suppose last week's gain was unexpectedly high so perhaps it's just a balancing out. But I need to get this glumnitude under control (it's a sort of early empty nest syndrome, with teen daughters growing up and away from me, serves me right for being too attached and matey instead of keeping proper parent/child boundaries!) where at least even if I continue feeling this sort of grieving process, I'm not trying to bury it down all the time beneath a mountain of junk food! I do appreciate, btw, that in the grand scheme of world problems, I'm being super self indulgent here, I know I should be thanking my lucky stars that this is the worst of it for me with all the crap that's going on in the world right now, but still, you know how it is, what hurts, hurts, even tho there are clearly people out there who are having it way, way worse. Just wanted to be clear I wasn't meaning to disrespect or belittle anyone's genuine grief or problems :)
