Good Tuesday,

Was very glad to see the numbers change a bit today. Thank you God!! Am learning the valuable lesson that weight does NOT come off easily. Need to remember that whenever I am tempted to indulge outside the boundaries of true hunger and fullness.

A big test came last night when I woke up in middle of night and found myself in the kitchen. Not sure why??? The thought came to me to just have "one" cracker or "one" bite of something. Remember reasoning, NO. Am NOT going to start a bad habit. Do not need new challenges. Walked right back to bed, praise God.

Believe the pull of food is lessening, and perhaps the loss I need to value the most in this journey.

11:15am: growl - 12oz nfat latte, 1/2 Vegan cookie, plum. Almost had something else but decided not to lol.
5:30pm - growl - lentil soup, 1 oz whole wheat baguette slices (2).

At night, Put a carrot in the fridge where you can see it. If you have middle of the night craving, look at the carrot. If you don't want to eat the carrot, you are not really that hungry! Go back to bed!!

Tina: Thank you!!! Lipz: I know right?! Someone here on FS was saying the same about an apple. On Weighdown, I wait for the stomache to growl. There's a long scientific explanation for this, but bottom line is allowing the body to burn stored fat--which occurs before the growl.
