9st 5.6 Fat 22.7% (half on at WW) I was a bit surprised at 3lb - THREE! 10,000 calories out?! But I have been lucky with kind of unexpected losses the last few weeks, and I haven't been eating brilliantly I know, so I guess it's just levelling out :)
