Yeehaw! I dropped into a new "decade" of numbers today. Dear 250 - good bye and good riddance! I NEVER want to see you again. You are as dead to me!
I also woke up feeling a lot better than yesterday. I was able to do my fasted cardio at moderate intensity for 40 minutes and I feel good about the day ahead. I'm hoping for a very productive day at work and I'm looking forward the the weekend. This will be the first weekend in I don't know how long that I am going to take completely off from work and school! Woot!
