Seeing the effect of the increased exercise today. Distinct weight loss this week which takes me back to where I was before the excesses of the winter festival season.
This week I hiked up the mountain beside my house a total of 12 times, covering about 87 km, including one marathon distance hike, and did 100 sit-ups and 50 press-ups every day. The hiking alone burned of an estimated 7170 kcal (that's about 1kg of fat).
