9st 3 (1lb off at WW) Fat 22.7% Pleased again for a loss altho fat % gone up?! I've been sorting some photos into folders on laptop recently and it's proven a very effective evening snack distraction! Gone a bit nuts today tho, early birthday celebration since we're staying in a pod at the zoo Wed night and having BBQ which has not my fave, and end of exams celebration for my girls :) Made a huge jug of Pimms when we got back but I stuffed myself on the popcorn and gave my pimms away! On such compromise and sharing has my success of the last few years been founded ;)
