hi guys i see a lot of my buddies doing well. keep up the good work , my weight is heading in the right direction . having a rough time. my work closed down . did not have money to give our wages. as it is here our country runs at over 30 percent unemployment. but a new day new hope, enjoy the weekend every one ,,,,,,,,,,

Hate when that happens - I got made redundant about 15 yrs ago and the uncertainty was the worse feeling! Never knew if we were going to get our wages until we received them 3 weeks later. In the meantime bills kept coming - horrible.

I don't know you but I would like to give you a cyber hug and say stay strong - it's so easy to fall into a food comfort trap when s h i t happens - go for a walk, phone a friend, dance naked - do anything to stay on your diet track, WE are WITH YOU!
