Happy Thanksgiving to US friends. I have been Mentally planning my strategy for the day. I have been tempted to just give myself a day off but I am going to commit to sticking with the diet today instead. I know myself well enough to realize that I'm not quite ready to have a one-day splurge without it affecting my long-term motivation. So I will fill up on veggies, then have a small serving of lean turkey and my healthy sweet potato and apple recipe. Once i get to my sister's I will decide if I want to add anything else, but I must log it before eating it!

I was going to do that too. But I stepped on the scale this morning and was so happy. I'm going to get in two hours of exercise this morning and then watch my portions. My goal is to maintain today. Good luck!
