Just had a birthday and my plans for this year is to be fit at FORTY! I have been on the exercise roller coaster for a very long time and it is now time to bring this ride to a HAULT! I have wonderful kids and one darling grand daughter. I am also a Newly Wed and have a WONDERFUL SUPPORTIVE husband! I am planning to visit the local YMCA on Saturday and get into shape this year. I am having a problem putting together the diet that my Nutritionist wants me to do so I will be needing a lot of prayers and support during my journey. Medical problems are increasing and weight loss would cure over half of them. Looking for good ideas and healthy recipes.
