Well, I was 1.6 pounds lower last week (my all time low!!), but I'm still hovering at 150. It took sooo long to get here. My next goal is 135 (I keep adjusting my goals in MFP).

I'm mostly following low carb, but I eat some carbs when I want them (sushi is my favorite 'cheat meal' which I refuse to feel guilty about).

I think I've put on muscle, because while there's been a scant, roughly ten pound change in the last six months, I have actually gone down a size. I can fit into a 6 Petite, but not all of the size 6's that I've bought. So, I'm a fat 6, but my 8's slip down and are too big.

I was an 18 two years ago!

While I allow some carbs, I shop like I'm low carbing it. No bread, crackers, rice, potatoes, quinoa, legumes, cookies, cakes
... I really am a carb addict. I could binge on saltines!

The most important thing I've done is consistently work out. I am now hitting the gym three times a week, consistently ... for a month, at least. Before that, it was always twice a week.
I'm doing dead lifting once a week, with a trainer -- and can lift 125 pounds now!

Thanks, folks! Knuckles, I'm working towards that, which seems crazy to me! At 125# I can only do between 5-7 reps though, although I can lift 95# with relative ease ... and 95# seemed crazy heavy just about two months ago.
