Back at work again and the scales here show me to be 249 lb clothed and with tennis shoes on. I weigh in at home naked. I started all of this using the scales at work, so it is my benchmark. Not sure the exact difference between the work scales and home scales but similarly clothed at home there is a 5 found difference in my weight. I suspect it is close to the same here. That would put me at 244 on the home scale. I'm happy with that. :)
