The first 4 days of my nutrition plan for my 8 weeks program was shakes. On the 5th day that egg and avocado for breakfast tasted like heaven. I'm heading on holidays tomorrow for the week. I won't be able to stay on the plan, but will do my best to eat well, watch those portions and snacks.
