So far so good....the weekend is coming and this is when I usually mess up. This time though I'm in 10 hours of motorcycle class so that should keep me busy....BRaaaaap!

Rmacle, the funny thing about me is that i can go most of the day on the weekend and not eat....its when i am at work is when i am the worst about being hungry. But honestly after a month, the hunger seems to be diminishing.

You know what, Rmacle? As long as you did OK on your calorie counting all week long a day or even two missing your target isn't going to really hurt as long as you can get right back on the regiment come Monday. I used to just count calories Mon - Friday and then go to crap on Sat & Sun, that is how I lost my 40 lbs when I initially got on the weight loss journey. Since then I have been in a battle, I lose, I gain, I lose, I ...well, you get the picture.
