Well, I didn't gain any weight even though I should have. But that makes me think I would have lost weight had I stuck to my plan. Darnit. So now's the time to really buckle in and set in for the ride. I can do this. I will do this.
I had a good chat with my therapist. I'm not eating complete meals. I'm not having veggies, fruits, proteins, grains, fats and so on with each meal. So she wants me to work on that. So I'm going to work on that. :)
I'm so glad I didn't gain any weight. Whew. I feel relieved.
