Man, I really didn't expect to get into the 120's. For the past month, I've been trying to maintain and have held a steady weight of 130-131. To see 129.2 this morning, I was very surprised, but I'm not going to get upset about it. My husband told me to be careful. He doesn't want me losing too much and I agree. But 129 isn't unhealthy for my frame. Below 121 would be and I have absolutely NO intentions to get down that far!! I'm not TRYING to lose weight but I do tend to have a deficit most days of the week because i'm just so scared I'm going to gain. 3 days a week, I eat between 1800-2100 but the rest of the week is between 1500-1700. Maintenance is 2100-2200, so sometimes the deficits aren't really that big. IF by some chance I keep losing (but at this rate, it's really only .5-1lb a month), then I'll try to go up more.
