So happy. Well I'm on the 2 weeks metabolism diet as I write. Just to get back on track, I've been messing up a lot for so long now since Dec 2015. I'm committed now! Prayer goes with this discipline of eating healthy always & exercising( a healthy lifestyle). Sometimes in the past I've been so weak. I was tempted to what ever at anytime. March let you be my inspiration & the following months to come. Actually I'm starting again...... why not! Thank you Lord for getting me back on track.

Great stuff Thenjiwe,I love your mantra. Prayer, clean eating and exercise really does work. I hope that March is a super successful month for you:-) Just keep at it and I'm sure the weight will continue to go down...!Remember to take it one day at a time and make small goals- that's what I do...and so far so good.
