I have decided to really not pay attention to the scale, my old pants are getting big for me now and that is what really matters, I can see my resistance growing and the best news is that I have just smoked 2 cigarettes in the past week (none for 4 days now), I see muscle growing, I can really feel that my fat is going away, I'm very excited, I don't care much about the balance not going down, it is still a little bit frustrating, but to be honest I'm still on my period so I guess it is still ok for it to be a little bit over than what it was 2 weeks ago, I'm not lying to myself and that's what is important, I know I'm behaving with the food and I'm not indulging on things I'm not supposed to eat, I'm going to do this the right way this time, it has been over a month already and I haven't feel like giving up, 18 days to my birthday, let's start reaching those goals :D

I also wanted to thank all the people who have been supporting my journals, it is very helpful and encouraging to read the support of all of you guys, thanks a lot!

You are doing great! I wish I had to willpower to resist my food weakness. Im working on it, but not quite there. Kudos to you! This is always a hard journey, but much easier with supporters and positive reinforcement! Keep it up!
