Hey hun take it easy, try a glass of OJ in the morning there are a ton of endorfines that give good happy feelings to your mind in the morning. try quick streches also gives happy feelings, have a look at my posts on streching at the workplace, that should help. when you go to eat ask your self am i eating for need or want, before you eat write down what you are feeling and going thru and see if you can find a new outlet to it. give it a try and let me know how it goes! :) keep smiling you are doing great!!
