Your profile pic really shows your hard work. But that wreath behind your head makes it look like you have a giant 80's heavy metal hair style. Makes me chuckle ever time it pops up in my feed. Great job on those abs though!! 

Everyone always says... what's on your head? Lol. Thanks! But this pic is sooooooo old. I need to update it. I'm almost finished the program I'm doing, I'll put a new pic when I'm finished. :) 

I thought it was a pineapple hat. Well I hope you are still rocking those abs!
