Hi! Was reading comments on your frustration re: scale not moving. They sure got complicated. I weighed over 200 lbs at my heaviest, lost the 70 lbs by eating boiled chicken and protein drinks, creatine cycles and Vanadyl Sulfate pumps, and working out 4 hours a day. I was MISERABLE! So I quit the madness, and made small changes. My ideal weight is 140. I'm currently 147, and trying to lose the last 7. I'm trying Jillian Michaels' carbs in the morning (I love LOVE bread) and protein for dinner. Then absolutely nothing after 8 pm. Try that, then tweak and dial in to what makes you happy. Change your relationship with your food;)

Thank you Normajeanvas for the encouragement. I'm thinking the only way I'll get off this ride is by going low to no carbs but I'll be miserable, like you said. I've tried doing portion control, little portions, avoiding really bad stuff (fast food and the sort) but having a nibble of this and that. And by nibble I mean one bite, not half a thing not a huge bite, just a bite to get the taste off. But it's still not moving... When I did atkins it moved... and moved fast... sigh, it's a struggle. I think my relationship with food is "you hate me and I'm trying to get you to love me."

Aloha Cnith! Looking at your cals...you're barely eating. And I say this with trepidation cause all I need is a nod and I'm break-neck speed to the Ben n Jerry's:). Anyway, not sure where you live, but I would actually try and get a little more sun and Vit C. I take 1000 mgs of Vit C for all kinds of reasons...the primary one being that we don't produce our own. Google it😊 And try walking for at least 45 mins. There's this really cool app called Endomoto. It tracks your workouts and gives you all kinds of info on your movements. If you do get it (it's free) friend me and we can encourage each other!
