Last night went out for supper. Not sure why I drank those beers and ate those snacks. I could have made better choices. I feel bad after doing so much better all week with my eating. Plus the night before my weekly weigh-in. Well, it's a new week and I will do better.

Did you enjoy your time with friends or family? It's important to live as well. If you have a fun night every now and then and eat well and exercise the rest of the time then it's ok. Don't beat yourself up, that can actually cause weight gain if you are stressed and become depressed thinking you aren't good enough or aren't doing well or any of those other crazy things we beat ourselves up with. Just stay focused on the big picture!
