As I mentioned, my new weigh in day will be MONDAY. So I dropped a little more since yesterday, which is totally surprising since yesterday was my daughter's birthday and we went out to dinner and had birthday cake and ice cream.

It could be due to me doing my P90X workout plus a HIIT session, which I can do now since my body is totally healed. I did this while watching the Denver Broncos beat Brady and the boys. Who were you for?

So this was probably a two hour workout since that's about how long the games lasts.

I find it takes a few days for results of eating too much or eating less show on scale.

New England cause I used to live there, but was not happy with their possible cheating last year. Youngest DD and family Broncos, they used to live in Colorado and sport Broncos gear often during the football season. Friendly rivalry when they play the Chiefs. ;)
