As I mentioned, my new weigh in day will be MONDAY. So I dropped a little more since yesterday, which is totally surprising since yesterday was my daughter's birthday and we went out to dinner and had birthday cake and ice cream.
It could be due to me doing my P90X workout plus a HIIT session, which I can do now since my body is totally healed. I did this while watching the Denver Broncos beat Brady and the boys. Who were you for?
So this was probably a two hour workout since that's about how long the games lasts.
