ok I'M GETTING SICK OF THIS - no weight loss AGAIN!!! 4 weeks ago i had to have been eating 3500 calories a day! i cut down to 1500 and make healthier choices, so what is up with the NO LOSS???? i'm frustrated, and don't want to give up but dang.....i was maintaining on 3500....now i'm maintaining on 1500??? and yes i know and understand our brain's "set point" and metabolism etc. so i do my share of "tricking" my brain and vary calorie intakes so it doesnt go into "starvation" mode.......... anyway.....

I'M GETTING MAD NOW!!! i want 12 lbs off before end of this month for my vacation! grrrrrrrr..............

SUGGESTIONS????? somehow i think it's my fat intake.........i've always been ok with carbs...but the fat seems to kill me........dunno.............

Hmmm... I really don't have a lot of advice to give on why you aren't losing. It looks like it's really only over the last week that you've not lost. I understand having the goal but being stressed about not losing will definitely halt some of the loss. I had a couple of days last week where I didn't lose anything either and it actually turned out that I wasn't very regular. Could this be happening to you? Or TOM?

Go view your weight history. Every time your 100% on diet, you lose. When you have "reasonable well" it seems to stay the same. You might have to get strict with your diet and kick up your exercise to get those 12 pounds you want off. Pretend you are at fitness boot camp. For the next 3 weeks, you keep to a strict diet and exercise plan. Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated and flush out sodium. Keep your diet clean and lean. Plenty of protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies. Stick with 1400 or 1500 a day and be strict. You can do anything for 3 weeks. Get out and walk. Get some fitness videos from library and work out at home. No matter what you lose, you will be that much closer. Good luck!
