Gained 0.5 lbs, but not sure whether it is just a slight weight gain since maintenance, or a problem with my digital Weight Watchers scale.

The thing is, my digital scale indicated 153.0 lbs at first, then, 153.4 a few seconds later. My older balance scale said 152 lbs. I decided 153.4 lbs is the best measurement, since I did not exercise at all and ate pretty much what I wanted (but still minding the carbs).

Overall, very satisfied despite the weight gain, will keep on going. Besides, my blood pressure went down to normal this morning (122/80), which makes me happy.

My scale does that too so I've made the rule that I'm not allowed to weigh myself more than once no matter what. The first weight is what I write down. In the long run I figure as long as I'm on a downward trend the little differences aren't a big concern:) Great news about the blood pressure!
