Got in the habit of eating out over the holidays and gave in to too many invites, buffets, office parties etc, and am now up 6 lbs! Also feeling the effects of too much sugar in my blood, as my kidneys are hurtin' for certain. Attempting to cut back on sweets and gave away most of my Christmas gift that were chocolate/candy. Just have to work on my portion control and late night eating now, as I find it very easy to succumb to boredom and loneliness in the evening. Although I don't feel alone, and can pick up the phone anytime, I still fall into the same pattern of overeating!
