Weight down a bit today. Spent most of the day yesterday outside working around the house (cutting grass, trimming trees, etc) trying to get the house ready for winter. I also did a bit of shopping when I took the dogs off to the groomer. I ended up buying a pair of pants – with a 38 waist! Now granted, they are ‘Cool 18’ pants which are notoriously forgiving and they are a bit tight – but no more than my size 44s were when I started this WOL. Still, this marks the first time I have been in the 30s since high-school.

I know how you feel!! I had an old pair of junior size 9's in the dresser,buried in there for oh about four years,i got them on sitting here typing this,but they're still too tight for the public. Congrats on the new down size,it feels wonderful doesn't it.Dontcha just wish you could tell everyone you see how great you are doing?
