well its been a month and a half and I fell off the wagon. I feel awful but I want to get back on schedule. I was dancing and my knees started to hurt that means its too much weight is on them!!!! im 234 and I don't wanna get bigger. I really need to lose this weight smh.... by all means nessary im 26 with no kids and I want kids at a healthy weight ( first I have to get a man/husband 1st lol) so im going to try better tomorrow. today is my last day to eat what I want. after that im going to work out tomorrow morning bright and early.
