Last night I was starving, It was unreal. My stomach hurt so bad and was growling so loud. I have not been like that in a very long time. Unfortunately that means that I ate more than I would have normally, but maybe I needed to.

Today is picture day at school, this can either go quickly or be a long process, hoping for the former. Then this after noon I have a board meeting at work, followed by a meeting at church then off to Bible study then home! It's a good thing I ate a lot yesterday because there is not much room in my schedule for eating today. Then I have Friday and a week off! I think I can I think I can....

i mix a half cup of greek yogurt with 2 tbs of all natural peanut butter, so good, a little sweet and fills me up great for late night cravings and about 300 cals
