Was pretty good yesterday, however I ate some extra ribs (on my diet) and had some tequila (also on my diet), so my calorie count was a little higher than desired.
Today is cheat night, I think I want some sushi and a little pizza to knock my leptin levels back up..
yup got a little gluten free pizza and a sushi roll wrapped in salmon. I have a nice big beer too. Just did 30 minutes of weightlifting ending in kettlebell swings. going to let my body auto phage for 40 more minutes then I get a treat !!!!
