Forgot to write in my journal the last few days. Didn't work out on Monday and Tuesday because I was away from my house all day both days. DID track my steps, though, and I'm pretty sure I reached my 10,000 steps goal for each. Worked out yesterday and today though. I did the Jillian Michaels' video "Banish Fat Boost Metabolism" and did at least 27 out of the 45 minutes. Still haven't completed the whole workout, but it sure does make me sweat. I'm glad.

**TODAY's WORKOUT**
1) Light Weights w/ 12lb. weights
-2 sets of 17 squatting overhead press
-2 x 15 dumbbell rows
-27 lunges (ea. side) with weights
-2 x 10 pushups (men's style)
2) Jillian Michaels' "Banish Fat Boost Metabolism" 26min.58sec.

**TODAY's MEALS**
BREAKFAST: Mint Chocolate Shake (instant coffee granules + unsweetened cocoa powder + 1 drop peppermint essential oil + peppermint extract + water + ice + 1/4 scoop of meal replacement protein powder + 1 packet Truvia)
LUNCH:
DINNER:
