Yes, It was a wonderful BBQ and birthday party and yes, I truly enjoyed ALL the food, ALL the drinks and the wonderful cake and ice cream!
But I really wasn't expecting an increase of over 3 pounds!
The great thing about Monday is if you start the week with purpose, which I am, those 3 pounds should be gone by Thursday and I will have Thursday through Sunday to lose some more weight!
