Weight seems to be going up even though I have started to do more walking and biking. An issue is my knee injury which has really limited my exercise at the moment. I am not really sure why my weight is going upwards as my diet has been quite good and I have really reduced the junk and am mostly eating veggie. Even cheese and eggs are dramatically reduced. It's a mystery as even my waist and body looks better, but I can't seem to get down in numbers. Perhaps I have to take a hard look at what I'm eating and might start back to IF (intermittent fasting) with 1 full fast each week. This might give my body the shock it needs as I really seem to have plateaued. I can't really up the exercise as I think I have torn my meniscus in my knee.

Your weight gain might be from your muscles temporarily holding water to help them heal. Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight fluctuations. Any time you increase or change your exercise routine, the muscles can retain water. This shows on the scale as a temporary gain, no loss or smaller than usual loss. It goes away.
