Big drop today to bring me to a total of 40lbs lost since starting this way of life. I had a physical yesterday to make sure everything was in order (so far so good, but need to go in for some blood tests today). Hopefully a pretty relaxed weekend – little bit of house work, some shopping, and maybe a game of squash planned.
