Weighed in at 190.5 but took off 1.3 lbs for meals as it was already after dinner for a grand total of 189.2. Things are going well. Losing weight slowly with little exercise due to knee injury (torn cartilage). I am putting more focus on eating less especially ice cream and chocolate which are my go to foods when stressed or feeling low. Hoping to reach 187 lbs by the end of next week and will start trying to do some longer walks if my knee allows it.
