Good Morning. I am still learning about my eating habits. It is so easy to fall into the trap of snacking. Well Thanksgiving is over and time to get back to my routine. I am trying not to let the scale rule my life and emotions but still be aware of what I am doing with my attitude to food. It is a thin line.

I will not go back to where I was last year. The difference this year is that I am aware and more educated on the food I eat. Hoping you all had a good Thanksgiving. I know I did. Family is what it is all about and I enjoyed every minute of it.

It was fun but I am so ready to be back on the "wagon" so to speak ... way too much food for me!! LOL!!!

Thank you, I did enjoy my Thanksgiving. Ate a little too much, but considering how many pumpkin pies were there, I think I did quite well. I glad you got to spend the time with your family and I hope the upcoming holidays will bring the same cheer.
