so today is my second day of workouts (monday was the first ) i worked out on my legs, now they feel like noodles. that means its working. as far my diet im eating mostly protein, fruits and some vegetables. im going to try to eat more veggies than fruit. i am trying to get back on the ball with working out 3 times a week. its so hard but i want to healthier and smaller. support is much needed.
