9st 3.5 (2 on at WW but unsurprising after last week's unrealistic 4 off, after Jon's toe on the scales!) A tiny increase at home to 129.6 but I thought not quite enough to warrant changing it to 130, even tho rounding up rules strictly say I should! I've had the blahs this week as well, so I think it's pretty good going overall. Nothing too onerous coming up this week except time of month so that's good. Went out on bike for first time since my 50k's as I joined a couple of challenges on Map My Run, I do respond well to that kind of thing, it's my yearning to please (not that anyone's watching!) and the satisfaction of achievement - I'm the sort who'll add things she's already done to her to do list just for the satisfaction of crossing them off! I did read in a pro-overweight book in Exeter Uni's library last weekend about the typical slimming class personality type, and thought yup, that's me!
