once we have moved into our bungalow I'm going to do T25 at the moment we live in a flat and I will sound like I'm coming through the ceiling. I have the programme all ready to go on my Mac

It is a bit full on! So it would be a bit loud for the people downstairs!
It is so far amazing though, i have never sweated so much in my life even on a longer workout or a run! Let me know when you start :) x

I have watched some of them. If I did it now I may go through the floorboards 😀 I think the calorie content is low on the diet, at the moment I'm doing the NHS weight loss programme. About 1200 - 1400 a day.

I am not following any particular diet, just tracking what I eat on here and staying within the RDA (1200 i think), It is still much less than i was eating before and I am being really concious of what I am actually eating to use those calories :) I am joining slimming world tonight but really only to force myself to have a public weigh in !
