I don't know how ya'll get photos to post. I'm so tech challenged I can never figure it out but thankful I'm finally down slightly. My life and weight have been a rollercoaster and it's so hard to get back on track. First step was I refused to buy my Little Debbie fudge stick cakes, just one of my many kryptonite besides donuts! And when I get the craving for a soda, not often, I pour half the can out first so I won't drink the whole thing. Trying hard to get back in routine as I'm so far behind on updating my website and lots of other
stuff.

Welcome aboard crazy4donuts!! 🤪4️⃣🍩🍩 From the phone, I find it easiest to click Diary (icon) then down carat on one of the meals, the click PHOTO then film icon for pre-taken pic. Make sure you take 1:1 aspect ratio photos cause FS will clip to square aspect ratio. Someone else can give pointers for PC posting. And if you want to post multiple photos, try using a collage maker to reduce datasize. Hope this helps!!
