So close!
I can say with certainty that avoiding fruit this week has helped me lose 3 lbs. I also got more exercise this week than last. Even ran this morning. Doing push-ups and sit-up and a bit of weights almost every day. Now I am focused on the area around the middle-it's starts with a B and it stands out like a fleshy apron. It's funny that when I was 25 pounds heavier earlier this summer that area did not seems so "bad".
