Dukan Day 83
Weighed in at 135, so feel like it's a good place to launch myself down to 130.
Today has been a good food day-egg white omelette and salad for lunch-avoided milk this morning too. The decaf lattes have got to be a rare treat. Too many carbs! And nonfat milk has so much sugar! I wish they would make them with almond milk....
Laying off the fruit too. EXCEPT for berries.
Went to a party yesterday for daughter of friend going to Juilliard to study Opera. She sang at my wedding when she was 10 yrs old. So gifted and a sweet person. I feel as proud as if she was my daughter. Avoided food traps-stuck to a few falafel-no rice, no pita. One Gin and diet tonic.
Gonna run home from work. Scallops and Lobster tail for dinner.
