I haven't worked out at all in about a week, and haven't really been 'monitoring' what I eat, but today I decided to weigh myself just for the heck of it. I'm pretty much the same, so why am I really torturing myself? Last week I ate pretty much whatever I wanted. This week I'm trying to make better choices, but I don't even want most of what I had planned to eat, including my protein smoothies, which are actually pretty good for the most part and so I end up not eating it. If I stay the same no matter what I eat, exercise or not, am I really seeing any progress? I know I've told myself and others have told me as well to not pay attention to that little metal (in my case glass) box so much, but I swear it is driving me totally N. U. T. S. to not see any movement.
