This is what happens when you (granted, I did weigh later than usual and get very hungry in the morning even before I’m about to have an early lunch too)…weigh too late in the morning again. Weighing first thing is not a priority for me, but…I did gain a fraction of a pound I think. Not surprised, except I’m surprised I didn’t gain *more* even if it was only a week lol.

Well I did binge on “healthier” processed foods even if they weren’t fruits and vegetables, and sleep so much that it probably burned *more* instead of less, even if I did exercise too little too. So…mitigated the insane amount of calories at least.
