Total loss: 255 lbs

Seeing that 130 in front is super satisfying, but - and I know this is not rooted in anything health-wise or necessary at all - I’m kinda really wanting to see a 12x, so I’ve adjusted my goal by 1/2 a lb 😂 Hoping to hit in soon/maintain and then it’s time for post weight loss surgery #2 on March 26th (skin removal arms + chest lift/augmentation).

MOMENT OF GRATITUDE: SO grateful for my body’s ability to heal. Less than 8 weeks after a 360 lower body lift and I’m back to full weekly 5x swim, 5x weights and 5x walk routine. A line out of Common’s newest book I just finished reminds me of wellness - “Taking care of your human self will help you reach your higher self.”

Yes I saw that already. I meant before weight loss, skin removal etc. Those types of before and afters are amazing.

wifey9707, there are some other before n afters in my journal but since there’s still swelling from body lift, I’m waiting to post before/after of that. The swelling can take about 12 weeks to subside. I’ll post for sure though!
