So it turns out somedays I don't eat nearly as much as I thought I did. Well in general i don't eat as much as I thought I did. Its weird but its like when its not meal time, I'm not hungry. And I eat really healthy most of the time. Most days I don't eat breakfast because I don't wake up early enough to eat. I wake up, I have some hot tea or decaf coffee, and then when I'm done with that I eat...which is pretty much lunch time. Hmm. Probably not the healthiest but its not my fault. If I'm up earlier enough I will eat breakfast, but most of the time I'm not. Oh well.

Well I think mostly the problem would be if you weren't eating breakfast but you were up and active. Since you're not up, "lunch" is your breakfast!
